Experience: Min 1 year
Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. Human Resources Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.
Involved into sourcing as per Job Description
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Build networks to find qualified candidates.
Screening profiles as per JDs through telephonic interviews
Handling internal Job portal
Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
--Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
--Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
Handling entire recruitment process from identification to joining of the candidate
Ensuring timely closure of positions
Handling Joining and Exit Formalities
Employee Engagement process
Documentation related to the employees and administration
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, as assigned. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required.
Experience with recruiting, technical recruiting is a plus.
Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Skills in database management and record keeping.
Somebody looking to build career in HR and ready for hard work
Self motivated with aspirations
